The Kansas Humanities Council will host a reception honoring Kevin Rabas, 2017-2019 Poet Laureate of KansasTM, on Thursday, July 20 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Emporia Arts Center, 815 Commercial St. The public is invited to attend.
