In the Center for Student Involvement, we believe all of the learning experiences provided give students an opportunity to learn about themselves, develop their identity, discover and cultivate their talents and practice the skills necessary to be positive, productive and contributing members of society. We do this by creating opportunities for students to try new things, experiment, practice and take risks in the safe environment of the campus community.
Our team of professional and student staff are passionate about Emporia State University and passionate about helping to prepare students for success both at Emporia State and in their lives beyond graduation. Ultimately, we strive to empower students to be change agents for creating better communities and a better world. The programs, services and learning experiences we provide are built upon three core learning goals that we believe are important and necessary for personal, social and global change.
