The Memorial Union has meeting rooms and event spaces that can be scheduled for all your group needs. Whether it be a small meeting of five people or a large dinner for 500 people, the Memorial Union has the space for you.

To assist you with planning your event in the union, we have provided a link below to our policy manual, where you can find all of the necessary guidance to help you plan and host a successful event. Additionally, you can view our event calendar to see what meetings, conferences, and events are already taking place in the union. Please note that this calendar only shows confirmed reservations. Some venues may be on hold and awaiting confirmation from other guests or may be offline for set-up in between events. Please, always call conferencing and scheduling before finalizing the dates of your event.
