Three longtime employees of Emporia State university will no longer have “interim” as part of their titles. Effective June 1, Diana Kuhlmann will be Vice President for Administration and Finance; Angela Wolgram will be Budget Director, and Ray Lauber will be Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action and Title IX Coordinator.
All three have been working in these positions on the Administration and Finance team since December and January.
“Together, Diana, Angela and Ray have nearly 50 years of service to Emporia State University, and this institutional knowledge has played a large part in the successful transition to their new roles,” said ESU President Allison D. Garrett in announcing the changes to campus.
Kuhlmann joined ESU in 1993, working up through the internal audit, budget and finance areas. In 1997, Wolgram joined the Controller’s Office as an Accounting Specialist. She moved to a Statistical Information Officer in the Budget Office before becoming Assistant Budget Director in 2001. Lauber joined the Human Resources team in 2011 as Associate Director of the department.
