Mark your calendars now for forums with the two individuals the presidential search committee has identified as presidential finalists. They will each visit campus next week to learn more about the university. The first candidate will be on campus for a series of events Tuesday, Oct. 6 and Wednesday, Oct. 7. The second candidate will be on campus Thursday, Oct. 8 and Friday, Oct. 9.
On Oct. 6 and Oct. 8, the following forums are scheduled:
- 9:15 - 9:45 — Staff Open Forum (USS and UCC), Preston Family Room – Memorial Union
- 11:30 - 12:15 — Student Open Forum, Preston Family Room – Memorial Union
- 2:30 - 3:15 — Faculty Open Forum, Preston Family Room – Memorial Union
- 4:15 - 5:15 — Campus/Community Open Forum, Albert Taylor Hall – Plumb Hall
- 5:15 - 5:45 — Campus/Community Reception, Rotunda – Plumb Hall
The name of each finalist and additional details about the visits will be announced one day prior to each visit.
