U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran will be on the Emporia State University campus Wednesday, July 6, to share details of a federal grant for a cybersecurity center on campus.
The news conference will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Kansas Business Hall of Fame room on the first floor of Cremer Hall, home of the ESU School of Business.
After the news conference, at approximately 2 p.m., Moran will visit high school students from Emporia and Northern Heights high schools who are on campus for the summer in the Upward Bound program of TRIO. Emporia State recently received renewed funding from 2022 to 2027.
The Upward Bound visit will be in Room 330 of Visser Hall.
