Registration is open for a leadership workshop offered by Emporia State University and the Office of International Education.
The nine-day workshop will allow those 16 and older to engage with ideas and concepts of adaptive leadership to increase effectiveness working in a group. There will be a variety of leadership experiences with Emporia State students and the Emporia community. The workshop has a global component as domestic students will learn alongside international students.
This is an excellent opportunity for older high school students who want to learn leadership skills.
The workshop is offered from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, Aug. 2 through 12. Registration cost is $100 for current Emporia State students and high school students. International students who are not current ESU students must pay a higher rate.
Registration and payment are required by July 23.
