Applied Criminology
Prepare for a career working within the criminal justice system
Choose from six concentrations to tailor your degree program to your specific interests and career goals. No matter which concentration you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into the topics of ethics, systemic structures, advocacy, criminal justice and more while learning to think critically and affect positive change in your community.
Concentrations include correctional services, forensic science 4+1, graduate school preparation, law enforcement and corrections, system structures and victimology.
Our graduates go on to further study in programs like law, law enforcement, forensic science and criminal justice and/or careers as law enforcement officers, victim advocates, counselors, lawyers, investigators and more.
