Adaptive Leadership Training
As an Honors College student, you will receive intensive training in adaptive leadership, a leadership style developed at Harvard University and the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita. This training is provided by both Honors College students and faculty members who have mastered this cutting-edge leadership strategy. Mastering the principles and competencies of adaptive leadership will empower you to mobilize people in order to make progress on difficult issues that you care about.
