Connect with campus and community partners to learn more about Emporia State University resources tailored to your needs as an ESU transfer student!

Throughout the day, you'll get all the need-to-know information about transferring to ESU:

Talk with representatives from off-campus housing options, Emporia financial institutions, local utilities, ESU financial aid, ESU student wellness and more for the full picture of life in the Hornet Nation.
Take a personalized campus tour focusing on your field of study and meet with academic advisors to get an in-depth look at how your classes transfer and your future degree path.
Hear from current ESU students who transferred in about their experience and tips for being successful as an ESU transfer student.
And optional, but totally worth it, stick around to enjoy the Emporia First Friday Art Walk and/or ESU Theatre's Homecoming production of "She Loves Me" for a taste of the Hornet community.

5:00 p.m. Optional – walk down to main street for First Friday Art Walk
7:30 p.m. Optional – free tickets to Homecoming Musical in King Hall

Per NCAA regulations, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions cannot set up appointments with coaches for potential recruits. However, we are allowed to provide the coach’s contact information for you to set up an appointment during your visit. Getting Here + Getting Around

Where to park + where to go

Campus visitors meet on the east side of the Memorial Union, located at 1331 Market St., Emporia, KS 66801. We have designated admissions parking spots and metered parking just for you in front of the Memorial Union. We'll be there to greet you just inside the east doors of the union. No permit is required to park on campus, except in handicapped or gold spaces.
