Jones Foundation Undergraduate Education Grant
The Jones Foundation, named after Walter S. and Evan C. Jones, assists qualified, eligible applicants with a portion of the cost for their undergraduate education at an accredited institution of their choice. There is no age restriction and applicants may attend public or private institutions located in-state or out-of state.
Need-based grants paid directly to institutions to help offset the costs of tuition, fees and books for fall and spring semesters (up to a maximum of eight).
This grant is renewable and requires a new application each year.
Residents of Coffey, Lyon, or Osage counties in Kansas for one year or more may apply.
This does not include those moving to these counties for post-secondary educational purposes.
Applicants must:
- demonstrate financial need
- be degree seeking students, enrolled at a single institution
- maintain a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester
